Women Empowerment Program

Our Women Development Program empowers women with the skills, resources, connections and opportunities they need to achieve greater independence, personal growth and economic well-being.

We support women from diverse backgrounds, particularly those facing social and economic barriers, by creating pathways to education, employment, entrepreneurship, leadership and essential community services.

What We Focus On

Economic Security & Employment

Supporting women toward greater economic independence through employment readiness, career development, skills training, job referrals and connections to education and workforce opportunities.

Entrepreneurship & Financial Empowerment

Helping women develop financial knowledge, explore entrepreneurship and connect with business development, mentorship and economic opportunities.

Leadership & Decision-Making

Building women's confidence, leadership skills, networks and capacity to have their voices heard and participate meaningfully in community leadership and decision-making.

Mentorship & Skills Development

Connecting women with mentorship, practical learning, professional development, digital skills and networks that can support their personal and professional growth.

Recognizing that economic independence can be affected by multiple challenges, BOCS connects participants with appropriate community resources related to:

Our mission is to create an inclusive and supportive environment where women can overcome barriers, access opportunities and build stronger futures for themselves and their families.

Through education, mentorship, skills development, referrals and community partnerships, we help women move toward greater confidence, independence and meaningful participation in their communities.
